Filip Ekestubbe
Pianist Filip Ekestubbe has a clear place on the Swedish jazz scene as a nimble accompanist and soloist – always with one foot firmly in tradition. We most often see him at clubs and festivals in smaller constellations, as his own trio or with other stars such as Isabella Lundgren, Bo Sundström and Peter Asplund, but he also makes recurring tours with the Norrbotten Big Band and other leading big bands in the country.
