Cornelis möter Gustafsson-Lindberg Duo
The duo Gustafsson-Lindberg performs a number of Cornelis most popular and less known songs, spiced with some Bellman and Taube in jazz mode.
The bassist Ove Gustafsson has performed in Cornelis Vreeswijks trio with guitarist Conny Söderlund both on stage and in studio recordings between 1979 and 1987. He is a living link to one of Sweden’s greatest lyricists, composers and bards. Together with his son the celebrated young pianist Leo Lindberg; Ove released the album Tribute and Homage 2022 which includes Cornelis most famous as well as less known works. In this pioneering and personal meet the duo succeeds to steward Cornelis culture legacy well and steer his tradition further into the field of jazz.
