Wirant plays Waller

A journey back into the 1920s and ’30s with a tribute to Fats Waller and the sounds of pre-war jazz. Vladan Wirant is a Stockholm based pianist with a long experience of the city’s music life and with numerous collaborations, known for his stride skills. He is joined by vocalist Nella Nardis, a versatile singer with experience in many genres. Nella and Vladan have played together in several contexts, this night they’re joined in their mutual love for the sounds and the soul of the pre war jazz era.
