Spicy Advice Ragtime Band offers their best songs from 30 years of traditional jazz entertainment in New Orleans jazz, Ragtime, Dixieland, Blues and Swing, influenced by great artists like Bunk Johnson, Louis Armstrong, Jelly Roll Morton and Bessie Smith and others.
For three decades now, Spicy Advice Ragtime Band has been one of Sweden’s most prominent New Orleans jazz bands.
Since its inception in the 90s, Spicy Advice Ragtime Band has distinguished itself with its energy, organic interplay and wide dynamic range. Under the leadership of Joakim Falk and his exceptional New Orleans lead trumpet, the group has steadily developed and refined its sound over the years, and today Spicy Advice Ragtime Band sounds better than ever.
The band’s performances rely on a blend of experience, audience connection, and repertoire acquired from decades on concert stages and festivals throughout Europe.
