This musical journey begins in 1940s America, in New Jersey, where a young Francis Albert Sinatra discovers that his voice might just be his ticket out of a tough childhood and into the wider world. He rises to fame and becomes simply “Frank” to an entire nation.
Jakob Sollevi and Filip Ekestubbe have performed together for over 15 years, ever since their studies at the Royal College of Music in Stockholm. Today, they are highly sought-after jazz musicians on the Swedish scene. Filip tours regularly with Amanda Ginsburg, while Jakob is a member of the acclaimed vocal group Stockholm Voices, among other projects.
