Ticket is valid for all day at Södra Latin Jazz Festival with student bands and guest artists. Children up to 10 arriving with parents: no entrance fee. Wheelchair tickets must be booked in advance (link above). Doors 12:30. Remaining tickets are sold at the entrance.

Erik Tengholm på Södra Latins Jazzfestival

Esprit, energy and good spirits are the stakes when Erik Tengholm's trumpet takes us on a flight over Jazz-land. Rooted in bebop - ready to expand.

Despite his young age Johan Tengholm is well established on the Swedish jazz scene as a trumpet player, arranger, composer and band leader and i touring extensively in Sweden and abroad. He can be heard in many different constellations and genres: Ekdahl Bagge Big Band, Manland Jazz Collective, and Stockholm Hot Seven as well as with artists like: Ulf Johansson Werre, Martin Sjöstedt, and Klas Lindqvist. As an artist and bandleader he has released three albums: Stories From the Club (2021) with his quintet, Blue And Green With a Touch of Brown (2023) with Tengholm Ullberg Big Band and Stickin’ Together (2025) with brother Johan Tengholm. Together with his brother Erik runs the record label TengTones with releases like Bobo Stensson, Joey Calderazzo and Stockholm Jazz Orchestra.
