Ticket is valid for all day at Södra Latin Jazz Festival with student bands and guest artists. Children up to 10 arriving with parents: no entrance fee. Wheelchair tickets must be booked in advance (link above). Doors 12:30. Remaining tickets are sold at the entrance.

Axel Mårdsjö

This encounter between Axel and the students will be something special. A mixture of music from earlier releases and maybe something completely new!

The second album of Axel Mårdsjö entitled A Gothenburg Portrait was release in summer 2023 and attracted great attention from media and was played in Swedish radio and TV. As a composer and arranger Axel har written music for Michael Mayo, NDR Big Band, Bohuslän Big Band, Norrbotten Big Band, Gothenburg Wind Orchestra. This concert will display music from the earlier releases and maybe some new songs.
